BAD MOTHER SHUCKER

Brewed with a rich blend of pale, caramel, roasted, and chocolate malts, this stout gets a hoppy kick from Willamette hops and a smooth, full-bodied finish from hearty oats. Fresh Louisiana oysters are added during the final brewing stage, imparting a subtle brininess that perfectly balances the stout’s roasted intensity. 8% ABV

Mardi Gras Bock is the first of our seasonal brews. Abita Mardi Gras Bock is brewed with pale, pilsner and caramel malts and German Perle hops. Our bock is similar to German maibocks with its rich malt flavor and full body. A perfect choice during Carnival season in New Orleans. 6.5% ABV
